1. Commitment
LagomFA Ltd is opposed to all forms of modern slavery, human trafficking, forced labour, and labour exploitation. Although our turnover means we are not required to publish a statement under section 54 of the Modern Slavery Act 2015, we do so voluntarily because we believe transparency is the right thing to do.
2. Our Business
We are a data and analytics company in the renewable energy sector, providing battery revenue optimisation, electricity price forecasting, and wholesale market curve services. We are a small business based in London with a limited supply chain consisting primarily of technology, data, and professional services providers.
3. Our Commitments
We are committed to ensuring that modern slavery and human trafficking do not take place in our business or supply chain. We will:
Pay all employees above the National Living Wage and provide clear written contracts
Ensure all workers have the right to work in the United Kingdom
Select suppliers who share our commitment to ethical business practices
Not use or support the use of forced, compulsory, or trafficked labour in any form
4. Reporting Concerns
Anyone — whether an employee, contractor, client, or supplier — who has concerns about modern slavery in connection with LagomFA Ltd is encouraged to report them promptly.
Concerns can be raised confidentially at hello@lagomfa.com. All reports will be taken seriously and investigated appropriately.
5. Review
This statement will be reviewed annually and updated to reflect any changes in our business or the legislative environment.
